William Anderson & Elvira (Whaley) Ramsey
William Anderson (Anse) Ramsey born on March 19, 1868; was the son of Samuel and Wealthy (Whitlock) Ramsey. Anse died on April 1, 1941, in Sevier County.

Elvira Whaley was the daughter of Issac and Hulda (Ogle) Whaley.
Elvira was born on September 11, 1871, in Sevier County and died there on August 20, 1954.
