Tombstone of Rachel (Vanhoozer) Callahan, wife of William Callahan of Jefferson County, TN. Rachel was the daughter of John Vanhoozer of New Market, Jeff County, TN and the mother of Mary Callahan. Mary was the wife of Jacob Thomas. Rachel travelled to Harrison County, MO in the 1850's when she was over 80 years old. Her tombstone is in error as she died at 85 in 1860.
